Portobello, Notting Hill
My absolute favourite thing at the moment is this red knit that I found in....you guessed it...&Otherstories
But seriously, it is perfect. The cut, the thickness, the roll neck - It makes me happy whenever I see it hanging there in my wardrobe (sad I know).
With it being such a statement piece but also something that I wanted to be able to really get my wear out of, I don't think I could have found a better jumper for this AW, Even though this hue is popular this year, I feel like this jumper has a timeless quality to it too.
I paired it with my check trousers which I found in the H&M sale recently, I feel like they balance the knit really well. Slimline with chunkiness, brightness with a toned-down stuffy serious pattern.
The heels elongate the legs subtly and the sunnies add something playful. I must admit, I did get some odd stares hanging around a fruit & veg stall for so long but I just had to take advantage of the vibrancy of Portobello!
