The Weekly Eats

A Lunch: Lentil, cous cous & sundried tomato salad (from M&S) with added spinach
A Drink: My homemade nespresso coffee with almond milk + agave nectar
A Breakfast: Yoghurt, granola, banana, chia seeds & blueberries
A Lunch: Tuna salad with M&S balsamic glaze
A Dinner: Chicken stir fry with tender-stem broccoli

I love watching vlogs and reading posts when they are all about what people are eating and of recipe ideas. This isn’t so much of a ‘food idea’ post but I thought I would share what some of my typical meals and snacks look like.
I try to eat healthily most of the time but I do also allow myself treats! I love eating out too so perhaps if I do this again i’ll include a meal or lunch i’ve had out and about.
