I know I know, you're probably surprised that I have something this bright in my wardrobe!
Seriously though, I picked up this blazer when I knew i'd be heading to the Maldives because I thought it would be a good piece to lightly layer with for an evening event or dinner. I didn't end up wearing it to dinner but I actually love how it looks in the daytime because the clash with the bright blue sea and surroundings is amazing.
This is such a good item to have for London too. As it is such a stand-out piece, it's one that you couldn't wear all the time because people would remember it BUT it's something that will give you a strong, bold outfit with little thought needed when you do want that.
It would be great for things like date night, drinks with the girls or even to the office if perhaps you work in a creative industry. It is slightly oversized too, giving you that 'boyfriend fit' look (which is a personal favourite of mine when it comes to blazers).
