Today I don't have a story or 'piece' for you per se but it's more about the feel that these pictures give.
We shot these while in Dubai recently and because we shot late in the afternoon, they have this great sunkissed yet almost 'sleepy' feel to them.
When i'm away this is one of my favourite parts of the day, when you're a little sunned out but you're just in a happy little haze about life, taking in your surroundings and listing to the sounds of the sea. I know that sounds SO cliché but it is one of the things I look forward to most when i'm going on holiday.
Swimsuits like this are the perfect laid-back yet flattering piece to wear in the sun (Also easy to style, just pop jean shorts on and it looks like a cute body). I love high-leg suits because they are so elongating but at the same time they are handy for any possible food-babies!
Below i'm going to put together an edit of some of my favourite current swimsuits. I especially love ones made from a bowling material like this one is. They are slightly thicker and have a really interesting texture to them. They also hide any lumps or bumps a bit better!
I for one am so happy that this 80's cut of swimwear is back, much better for me than a low-rise, straight cut bikini bottom!
